**SOLD**
Champagne Leo Bars (Sundance) is a beautiful 15.2hh registered Quarter horse gelding. He is currently 12 years old and looking for a new forever person. Sundance has a loveable personality and absolutely enjoys attention and care. He is adult amateur/novice safe and friendly, but we still recommend you have a trainer you’re working with if you are interested in him. He is a well-traveled and experienced trail horse. He has been taken to shows where he was very steady and safe. He is definitely an eye-catching hunk. We feel, in addition to being a great trail horse, he would excel in ranch classes as well as western dressage.
Sundance is great for the vet and farrier, great to load and trailer. He is an easy keeper and ok to turn out with other geldings. He is playful in the herd and is best described as middle management in the group. He is very intelligent and willing, loves to work and soaks up any and all praise. Sundance has a very mild roar, but it does not affect his ability to work or show. He has had a PPE done within the past year, but you are welcome to have your own done as well. Asking low 5 figures. Don’t let this awesome horse pass you by, you’ll fall in love with him pretty quickly.
Asking price – $15,000 – reasonable offers considered.
Boxster S (Sport) is a 2006, registered Oldenburg gelding standing at 16hh2”. He is lifetime registered with USDF/USEF, so he is ready to go out to rated dressage shows as soon as you are. Sport is a well-traveled and experienced show horse with a lot to offer his next rider. He has been shown through PSG with confirmed scores through 4th level. He is best suited for a rider who has a solid grasp of training level basics and is looking to move up the levels and even earn their bronze medal. The potential to go further is there though with the right type of right rider and trainer. Sport is a lot of fun to ride and has a lot to offer his rider such as, lead changes, half pass, shoulder in, renvers/travers and pirouette.
He has been used for adult amateur lessons, so we consider him safe and friendly for that level of rider. If you are an AA rider and are interested in Sport, we recommend that you are working with a trainer. Sport is very smart and often only offers up his best work when his rider is using correct and subtle aides. This means he can teach his rider these things is they are willing to learn and listen.
Sport is great for the vet and farrier, is easy to load, travels nicely and settles in quickly at the show grounds. He is safe to hack out and around the property and can be trail ridden both alone and with other horses, crossing bridges and walking through streams. He is currently on private turnout but has been out successfully with quiet, older geldings in the past. Because of Sports age and extensive training and show history, he does require some maintenance, which we are happy to discuss with interested individuals. Located in Canandaigua NY. Asking lower/mid 5 figures.
Asking price $35,000 – reasonable offers considered.
Coming Soon: Nymeria VZ (aka: Tia) – 3 year old registered Holstiener.
